  UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT therefore all the previous staff like Yasmin, Laura, and Vivienne are no longer employees here. Additionally although the pictures of the property are very nice the inside detail of the units are cheap looking. The cost of the rent is too high for the entire apartment not to be luxury. There are what seems to be granite or marble countertops in the bathroom but a basic yellowish tub and an old leaking shower head. As well as in the kitchen granite or marble countertops but poor painting of the cabinets. The community is quiet and well kept but the parking is beyond atrocious. There are not enough visitors parking spots here. My boyfriend has lived here for almost a year and I have visited quite often to the point where I might as well be a resident too. (BUT THANK GOD IM NOT!) We share a vehicle because he lost his in Hurricane Harvey. We have had complications with parking almost every other night if we do make it home before 10pm. I use to have a parking pass but then the pass was changed and they would not give him a new one because they said the vehicle had to be in his name even though he drives it most of the time. My car has gotten towed a total of two times now and the towing facility they are contracted with is way in RICHMOND, TX. Almost 45min to 1 hour from here. It’s ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and my boyfriend’s lease is about to be up. He can’t wait to move.
