  Tried to view a couple of condos available for rent at this address. Nancy Chilon Koon, the property manager, should probably be committed. She acted overwhelmed when I asked to see a property. I visited 3 times, and she was always away from the office during business hours. I get the impression she should not be managing properties, as she seems very overwhelmed, even by the simplest questions.
  
  Also know of others who have had terrible experiences, IE doors to their properties left unlocked by maintenance. And going back to Nancy, she actually blames tenants when something inside the dwelling is not right, or damaged (before the tenant actually moved into the property).
  
  Be very careful if you are going to live at any of the properties managed by "Nancy" around 2710 Grants Lake. She is an imbecile. She will try to fix maintenance issues herself, and is under-qualified for performing maintenance, much less managing properties.
  
  If you do not believe me, pay her a visit sometime. She will pretend to not understand you, or distract you with "excuses" that have nothing to do with what you were asking in the first place. An example: "Nancy, I was here today (Tuesday) at 1p and 4p and you were not around." Nancy will say something like "Thursday is my day off." (Okay, that's great, but today is Tuesday, I scheduled an appointment twice, and you were nowhere to be found both times).
  
  DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. If you're looking for a laugh, assuming you find incompetent people amusing, pay her a visit. But good luck catching her. Actually, if you show up after 5p, when the office is closed, you may actually catch her behind the desk.
